Check-ins
Weekly check-ins without chasing your clients
How to run regular client check-ins (weigh-ins, measurements, habits, energy and sleep) without spending your evenings chasing answers on WhatsApp.
A check-in is the moment a coach learns what really happened: weight, measurements, energy, sleep, how the plan felt. It is also the part of coaching that eats the most time, because half the answers arrive late, in the wrong format, scattered across chats.
Here is how Suivi turns check-ins into a routine instead of a chase.
1. Same questions, on a schedule
Build a check-in once: weight, waist, a few habit questions, energy and sleep on a scale, a free note. Then repeat it on the rhythm that fits the client: every week, every two weeks, or once a month. Suivi schedules the next one for you; you never resend a form by hand.
Because the questions stay the same, answers stay comparable. Weight and measurements land on the client's progress curves automatically.
2. Measurements on their own rhythm
Body measurements have their own routine: the body check. Choose the day and the rhythm (every week, every two weeks or every four weeks) and the client is reminded to log weight, waist, chest and the rest. Every reading lands on the same curves, so a month of progress reads at a glance.
3. Answers on the client's phone
Clients answer from the Suivi client app or portal, one question per screen. If a client made a mistake, they can correct their answer until you review it.
4. Reminders that go out on their own
When a check-in is late, Suivi sends one automatic reminder within the next few days, during daytime hours only, so nobody gets a notification at midnight. You can also send a reminder yourself in one tap. The check-in's timeline shows exactly what happened: sent, reminded, opened, answered.
No more guessing whether the client saw it.
5. A clear inbox for the coach
On your side, check-ins arrive in one inbox, grouped by status: to review, late, done. Each client appears once, led by their most urgent check-in. Open it, compare with last time, and reply. Your reply goes back to the client under their answers; a plain review tick stays private.
6. Know who to follow up with
Suivi suggests a next step for late check-ins based on the client's real records, such as other missed check-ins or an unpaid pack. When you want to send a message, Suivi IA can draft it for you, and you decide whether to send it.
The result
Check-ins become a weekly habit for the client and a fifteen-minute review for the coach. The time you used to spend chasing goes back into what clients pay you for: adjusting the plan.
