The idea behind the logo

Every day counts: the 28-day grid behind Suivi

Why Suivi shows coaching as a grid of 28 days, what blue, grey and green squares mean, and how a week of squares tells you which client needs you today.

Most coaching tools show you lists: clients, plans, messages. Lists tell you what exists. They do not tell you what happened. Suivi starts from a different question: what did each client actually do, day after day?

A month is 28 squares

The Suivi logo is a grid of 4 × 7 squares: 28 days, four weeks. An S runs through it.

  • Blue squares are days the client followed the plan: the session was logged, the meals were eaten.
  • Grey squares are rest days, or days with nothing planned. They are empty on purpose. Rest is part of the plan, not a failure.
  • Green is today in the logo. In a client's grid, green also marks the days a check-in arrived.
  • Hatched squares are planned days that were missed: never colour alone, so they stay readable.

The same grid appears everywhere in Suivi: on the client's profile, in the coach's roster, inside a check-in. Once you can read one, you can read all of them.

Why squares beat percentages

A percentage hides the shape of a week. "71 % followed" can mean a steady client who skipped one session, or a client who did everything on Monday and disappeared. A row of seven squares shows the difference at a glance:

  • three blue days, then hatched days: the client is drifting, and it started midweek;
  • blue, blue, rest, blue, blue: a healthy rhythm with planned recovery;
  • blue all week but no green: the plan is followed, the check-in never came.

That is the information a coach needs before deciding to send a message.

From one client to a whole roster

In the coach workspace, every client gets one row with their last seven days. Scanning the roster becomes a five-second job: rows full of blue are on track, rows with hatched days need a nudge. Suivi also flags the clients who missed planned activities this week, so you reach out while there is still time to save the week, not at the end of the month.

What the client sees

Clients see their own grid in the client portal and the mobile app. A streak of blue is motivating without any gamification tricks: it is simply their own work, made visible. When a client sees a grey day was a planned rest day, it stops feeling like a missed day.

Every day counts

Coaching results come from ordinary days repeated. Suivi's job is to make those days visible to the coach and to the client, so nothing slips through. That is what the line on our homepage means: every day counts, and Suivi shows it.
