Paid the Tunisian way

Getting paid as a coach in Tunisia: D17, Flouci, Konnect, cash

How independent coaches and nutritionists in Tunisia can track client packs, renewals and late payments across D17, Flouci, Konnect, cash, transfer and cheque.

Ask any coach in Tunisia how clients pay and you will get a list: D17, Flouci, Konnect, cash at the gym, a bank transfer, sometimes a cheque. The money arrives through six different doors, and the coach is left reconciling it in a notebook or a spreadsheet.

The real cost is not the bookkeeping. It is the renewals you forget and the late payments you feel awkward chasing.

Sell packs, in dinars

In Suivi, you sell your coaching as packs: for example a three-month coaching and nutrition pack at 450 TND, or a one-month follow-up. Prices are in Tunisian dinars by default. When you sell a pack to a client, Suivi records what they owe and the dates the pack covers. Change a pack's price later and past sales keep the price they were sold at.

Record what arrived, the way it arrived

Suivi does not take a commission and does not process the payment itself: the client pays you the way they always have. When the money arrives, you mark it paid and choose the method (D17, Flouci, Konnect, cash, bank transfer or cheque), the date it was received, and an optional reference. You can mark several payments at once after a busy day at the gym.

The result is a clean history per client: what was due, what arrived, how, and when.

See renewals before they happen

The Renewals due list shows every pack that ends in the next 14 days, or ended recently without being renewed. Renewing takes one step: the next period starts the day after the current one, with its own payment. You talk about the next block while motivation is high, not two weeks after it ended.

Your payments page shows what is due soon, what is outstanding, and how much of it has been collected.

Late payments, without the awkward message

Unpaid payments turn overdue automatically and you get notified. You see them next to the client's activity, which matters: a client who is late on payment and missing sessions needs a different conversation from one who simply forgot.

Why this matters

Independent coaches do not lose money because clients refuse to pay. They lose it because nobody noticed. Keeping payments in the same place as plans, check-ins and messages means the business side of coaching gets the same daily attention as the training side.
