The right price
Online coaching in Tunisia: how to price your packs in dinars
How much should you charge for online fitness or nutrition coaching in Tunisia? A simple method to build monthly and quarterly packs in dinars and sell them without underpricing your time.
There is no official price for online coaching in Tunisia, and almost every price grid online is in euros and written for France. The sound method starts from your time, from what the client really gets, and from the length of time that brings results.
Start from your time, not a number you picked
Count the time one client takes each month: building and adjusting their programme, reading their check-ins, answering messages, a call. A committed client often takes two to four hours a month. Multiply by the hourly income you are aiming for: that is your floor price for a month of coaching.
Sell packs, not sessions
Online coaching sells better as packs than by the session: one month to start, three months to get real change. A three-month pack gives the client time to see results and gives you steadier income. Offer a small discount on the quarter rather than cutting the monthly price.
Three levels, three clear promises
- Programme: a personalised training or nutrition plan, adjusted each month.
- Follow-up: the programme, plus a weekly check-in and answers to messages.
- Full coaching: training and nutrition, weekly check-ins and one call a month.
The client chooses knowing what they are buying, and the price difference explains itself.
A local reference point: the gym membership
To place your prices, look at what your clients already pay. A price-comparison site (combien-coute.net, Numbeo data, July 2026) puts the average monthly gym membership in Tunis at about 107 TND, between 70 and 151 TND; Expatistan records about 77 TND in Sousse. Personal coaching gives more than floor access, so it sells above that, as long as the client sees what they get each week.
Get paid without chasing
A price is worthless if the payment never arrives. Accept what your clients use: D17, Flouci, Konnect, cash, bank transfer. Record each payment for the right client, and remind them before the pack ends rather than after.
In Suivi, your packs are in dinars, each payment is recorded for its client, and renewals and late payments show up before they become a problem. The Premium trial lasts 30 days, with no credit card.
