Terms of use

These terms govern the use of Suivi and set out what each person on the platform is responsible for. By creating an account or using a workspace you are agreeing to them.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal: do not share one, and do not use an account to work around a limit, a role, or a pack. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has access to yours.

Who can use Suivi

Suivi is for health and fitness professionals and the clients they coach. Professional accounts are reviewed before they are activated, and a registration can be declined or reversed. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, or be registered by a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

What Suivi provides

Suivi provides tools for planning, tracking, and communication: plans, libraries, check-ins, chat, progress records, scheduling, and payment tracking. We work to keep the service available and improve it, and we may add, change, or remove features. We will not make a change that removes your access to your own data without a way to export or retrieve it.

If you are a coach

You remain fully responsible for the coaching you provide: the plans you assign, the advice you give, the claims you make, and your compliance with the professional rules that apply where you practise. You are responsible for the client data you enter, for having the right to enter it, and for handling your clients’ requests about their own records. If you work in a gym on Suivi, the gym owner also answers for the gym's workspace (see Gyms and teams). Suivi is your tool, not your supervisor.

If you are a client

Give your coach accurate information, especially about health conditions, medication, and injuries, and update it when it changes. Follow a plan only as far as it is safe for you, stop if something hurts, and tell your coach. Your account is for your own use.

Gyms and teams

A gym or studio can use Suivi as a team under its own contract with Suivi. The gym owner manages the whole gym on the platform and is responsible for all of its users: they create and deactivate staff accounts, set each staff member's permissions and AI access, assign and reassign clients, can read every client record and conversation in the gym, and record client payments. The owner is responsible for the staff they give access to, for the proper use of those accounts, for informing the gym's clients that the gym can read their messages, and for the client data processed in the gym's workspace. Staff accounts belong to the gym: staff use Suivi under the gym's authority and these terms, and when someone leaves, the gym deactivates their account and their clients stay with the gym. When a gym's contract ends, its workspace becomes read-only and the owner can ask for an export of the gym's client data.

Packs, payments, and renewals

Packs are priced by the platform or by your coach and are recorded in Suivi. A gym pays Suivi under its own contract, at the price and billing cycle agreed with it. Suivi tracks payments; it does not take them. Money moves between you and your coach (or gym) through the method you agree on — D17, Flouci, Konnect, cash, bank transfer, or cheque — and the receipt is recorded against your account. When a pack or a gym subscription expires, the features it unlocked degrade to read-only rather than disappearing: your history stays visible.

Using Suivi IA

Suivi IA prepares work for you: summaries, answers, and plan drafts built from your own workspace. It does not message clients, activate plans, or edit live plans. Generated output can be wrong or incomplete, so review it before you act on it; you remain responsible for anything you approve and send. AI usage is capped by your pack and is logged for audit.

Content and ownership

You keep your rights over the content you add — plans, exercises, meals, recipes, notes, photos, and messages. You grant Suivi the permission needed to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the service for you. Suivi keeps its rights over the platform itself, including its software, design, and brand.

Acceptable use

Do not use Suivi to share illegal, dangerous, abusive, or rights-infringing content, to harass anyone, to upload another person’s photos or health data without their consent, to attempt to reach data outside your own workspace, or to probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Suivi and ask for your account to be closed at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts other users or the service at risk, or whose professional registration is declined or withdrawn. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to retrieve your data.

No medical advice, and limits of liability

Suivi is a coaching workspace, not a medical service, and nothing in it is medical advice or a diagnosis. Always consult a qualified professional for medical questions, and seek urgent care in an emergency. To the extent the law allows, Suivi is not liable for the coaching decisions made on the platform, for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data beyond what our own backups can restore.
